  • [ – ] MFKraven reply love love love the Food Network vibe to this video. Idk if you left em a bit runny as the last frame would show em to be, but thats exactly how i love my scrambled eggs, just a bit runny mmmm. you and @AmandaFood keep me hungry haha great video!
  • [ – ] Rawman reply This looks delicious! For some reason I thought it was an omelet even though the title said scrambled eggs I was like are you sure this isn't an omelet lol. I've never had anything like this before. Along with Amanda Food doing her videos I might actually start trying some stuff in the kitchen instead of just walking through it to get stuff from the fridge lol.
    • theoldsparrow parent reply You can definitely do this as an omelette. Just fold it over after the eggs have cooked enough on the bottom. I prefer scrambled for a couple of reasons. It's easier to just keep stirring and controlling the heat by taking it off and on the burner. Secondly the cheese gets to all the parts of the egg making it more moist and even. I hope you try it out for yourself. It's also one of the meals I make when I'm not wanting to get too elaborate. I think the raw footage for the cooking part was just shy of eleven minutes so from butter in the pan to finished meal it's a short period of time. Thank you once again for being so cool, man. :D
  • HamishW reply Looks Yum!

    • [ – ] theoldsparrow parent reply Anything for the goddess of the wired. I'm going to try to bake some peanut butter and jelly thumbprint cookies tomorrow and hopefully have the video up by Saturday. Let's all love Lain.
  • [ – ] Xorxon reply Did the butter burn?
    • [ – ] theoldsparrow parent reply The butter can scorch things if you're not careful but the great things about adding the eggs in at the right time is that it absorbs the butter into the eggs. The fat of the butter combines well with the cheese to compliment the onions and mushrooms making the flavors complex and complete.
  • [ – ] SamEarl13 reply Nice to see something simple but tasty looking, in fact next time we go shopping I could probably make that :D (music fit well too by the way).
