3 Great Books For Introverts

2. The Introvert Advantage: How Quiet People Can Thrive in an Extrovert World
3. Introvert Power: Why Your Inner Life Is Your Hidden Strength
Hey guys, this is actually a video I've been meaning to make for quite some time but just hadn't gotten around to making. I got a comment on my channel from someone the other day saying they were looking for ways to drive web traffic, but didn't want to go on Youtube as they were an introvert.
I'm probably the biggest introvert you'll ever meet, however I manage to be both an Entrepreneur and a Youtuber. Yes it is an extroverts world and yes you will have to learn to challenge yourself and step outside your comfort zone, but you can absolutely be an entrepreneur and a Youtuber even if you're a huge introvert.
I think a lot of people confuse being an introvert with being shy or being a bad public speaker and they are actually completely different things. Being an introvert simply refers to how and where you draw your energy from. Extroverts draw their energy from being around people. Introverts draw their energy from quiet time alone.
Introversion really has nothing to do with being shy, shyness is something completely different. I think introverts can absolutely be Youtubers and actuallly I think they oftentimes make the best Youtubers as introverts tend to think a lot and be very inside their heads and thus come up with lots of great ideas and actually have a lot to share with the world.
If you're not wanting to put up a Youtube video I think it has more to do with self confidence than it does introversion because when you make a Youtube video your not around people, it's simply you and your camera, there's no interaction directly while making the vdieo assuming it's not a live stream. For that reason I think introverts should have no problem being on Youtube and if they do have an issue with it I think it has more to do with having privacy issues or even self esteem issues more so than being introverted.
Anyhow, I've been meaning to make a video like this for a while. This one is kind of a long rambling one but I think and hope you guys find it interesting and worth watching. If there's any interest in any more chatter from me on personality types or being an introvert and entrepreneur let me know and I'd be happy to do some follow up videos on the topic.
