Should be noted that he deals a solid 400 damage, per hit. I'm going to make an alternate mode where he randomly appears to 'stalk' the player, by phasing in and out of their vision in places, or by making it very hard to see, so on so forth. Far from an instant killer, but you definitely want to run if you hear his stalking music playing, aptly named 'Run'. I'm still working on making the likelyhood of the event happening a lot more rarer, as it tends to happen frequently atm.
