  • [ – ] MrJoelDee reply A friend gave me one of those packets, different flavor, earlier this year. Was ok but not great. Put it this way, if I had to buy a "pre-made" Starbucks product, I'd take the coffee's in the glass jars or even the big plastic Starbucks containers in the creamer section over the packets any day. Ok in a pinch, but would not want on a regular basis.

I had never heard of the Via Instant Starbucks products before this video, but I did recently see another one in the store. A couple of days after shooting the video I saw a couple of other flavors while grocery shopping. If memory serves I think the flavors were Hazelnut, French Vanilla, and Columbian. Funny enough, those products were priced at $5.50 each. I guess that goes to show that Starbucks knows people will pay more for pumpkin flavored bull crap.
      • [ – ] MrJoelDee parent reply Oh yeah for sure. And it you got them in the actual store, they're always gonna be higher than in the grocery store. I think the one my friend gave me was the french vanilla.
        • [ – ] November_Fox parent reply There is also a chance you can only find this in their store, because it is limited time only. One other thing I wanted to mention in my previous comment is that I've never had the bottled pumpkin spice latte, so I can't say that it's better than the via instant I bought. However, I have had the other bottled drinks and they were pretty good. So I imagine the pumpkin one is the same deal.
          • MrJoelDee parent reply Yeah I haven't had the bottled pumpkin spice yet either. You're right that the make it yourself version might be an in store only thing. Didn't think of that.
