  • CrazyRocky reply Nice shirt 👀 thanks for the shoutout man! Also I really wanna try these now...
  • [ – ] MarzieMalfoy reply Btw, you look awesome in your new @CrazyRocky shirt :D
  • [ – ] MarzieMalfoy reply This was different. I like this! :) Out of pure curiosity I may some of that. Being a Hot Topic fan, I keep skipping out of the cricket snacks they sell but if it is hidden, I may be able to do it lol
  • [ – ] HamishW reply Great video, my fav part "you can't really taste the cayenne but you can taste the cricket". Does it say how much protein is in each bar?
    • theoldsparrow parent reply My favorite Matcha Green Tea was 11g, Aztec Dark Chocolate was 10g, Thai Coconut 11g, and Chaco Peanut Butter 10g. All the bars are 54g so about 20% per bar. Almost as much sugar in them as protein but pretty low in calories for a snack. The highest one was 220 calories. A bit pricey though.
    • MarzieMalfoy parent reply That's gotta be my favorite part too. lol
  • [ – ] SurfersSelfies reply love ur videos mate :)
  • Rawman reply EYYYY!!!! NICE SHIRT!!! The art on the front is great. I love banksy's work. Some of those bars sound really tasty. I'm not really a fan of dark chocolate my self. But there are some things I like that have dark chocolate such as Jaffa cakes and reisen. I think they might not be from other countries I don't know. Keep being awesome bro!!!
  • [ – ] MFKraven reply man im curious to taste these as well now. especially that banana one. have you ever had scorpion before?
  • [ – ] AmandaFood reply Lol I liked this video, I kinda want to try them now. Especially the peanut butter one.
    • [ – ] theoldsparrow parent reply The peanut butter one didn't taste much like peanut butter. It tasted more like a candy bar with less sugar than usual. Here's where I got it from: if you want to give it a try.
      • [ – ] AmandaFood parent reply Yess thank you! I stepped out my comfort zone and tried squid jerky, was salty lol I like these videos where people try something they never would have.
        • theoldsparrow parent reply I love to try new foods. Squid is up there as one of my favorites. I eat it as an appetizer at any sushi or Mediterranean restaurant. I love the chewiness of it and has a really complimentary flavor with a ginger based sauce.
  • [ – ] KayToons reply I don't think I could eat those, even though they're chocolate and I love chocolate, I don't think I could eat it knowing there are crickets in them.
  • Y2JayDoesAsia reply #bugeatingchallemge
  • [ – ] Flying_Purple_Pizzas reply A couple times I thought you were gonna hurl! But you are made of stronger stuff and you did very well! Saying the bars taste like cricket, well, that was funny. How many people know what cricket tastes like? I wouldn't have done the challenge. I'm just too easily grossed out. I know that fried crickets are eaten in certain parts of Mexico and elsewhere I'm sure. You do well in unscripted situations! Very entertaining to watch you eat those. Had me wincing a lot, though. Good job!
    • theoldsparrow parent reply Oh and thank you so much for the tip. You're the best. :D
    • theoldsparrow parent reply I actually didn't get nausea. It just tasted bitter. It was my first time tasting cricket but it does have a distinct flavor I've never experienced before. Well at least I can cross that one off the list. :D Thank you so much.
  • [ – ] SamEarl13 reply Nice review, that dark chocolate and coffee one sounds like it'd be far too overpowering for me (despite liking both things). Never had green tea flavored things before although at one point I definitely plan on trying all those Japan exclusive Kitkats.
    • theoldsparrow parent reply I love Japanese kit kats. I usually get them shipped once a month as an expensive treat and sometimes they come with my Tokyo Treat box.
