The Greyhound Adventure Episode 004! After staying the night at the Hostel, I ventured out into the Seattle streets to see all of the (mostly touristy) Seattle things! I hung out at the Science Fiction Museum, Experience Music Project and Seattle Aquarium. I stayed with my first Couchsurfing host of the trip, and she was an enchanting human being that took me out to First Thursday art walk and to her favorite bookstore.
This marks my last night in Seattle, as the next day I would be heading to Everett to see an old family friend that I had not seen in forever. Good times are on the horizon, what will happen next?
Have you ever thought about traveling on a Greyhound bus? In the summer of 2008 I sold everything I owned and traveled the lower 48 states on the Greyhound. From the people I was able to meet, to the things that I was able to see, my life was so incredibly enriched by the experience I cannot imagine not having done it.
This series will be a visual retelling of the stories I wrote as the trip unfolded. The photos I took along the way will be the backdrop to the retelling, and I hope that you enjoy the journey. Tune in every week for the next stop along the route.
