Anxiety or depression - help
Many of us suffer from anxiety and/or depression at some point in our lives. For some, it can be debilitating. But there are ways to help ourselves.
Meditating - mindfulness in particular - has had a lot of research to show how effective it is particularly with depression. Anxiety can be helped with applied relaxation techniques - and a lot of these videos have some relaxation as well as meditation.
I also made a video called When Your Wag Leaves You and it features our pet dog (who we loved dearly). The video shows some simple things you can do to find support if you feel depressed (or anxious).
