What's happening in this video is the server generates 1 to 3 prefixes and 1 to 3 suffixes with a special weighted algorithm giving better affixes a lesser chance to roll, then the server sends the item's new data over to the client. Performance is a main concern with all my work, so I've managed to pack this down to <0.5ms per call I've only implemented a few affixes so the generation results appear limited, however affixes are implemented via Lua script and will be very easy to create more.
