  • [ – ] UnarmoredForce reply Never really thought about training and ramadan, this was insightful. First thing that comes to mind is that it's already risky to train on such an extreme diet as ramadan.
    • Oneway-Fitness parent reply Hi man sorry for the late response, glad the video was insightful. When training during the Ramadan as long as the foundation of one's form stays correct, plan accordingly to when they are allowed to eat/drink, there shouldn't be any problems.
