2:44 advice for those that are not able to workout in the evening: eat as much as you can so you can use that surplus of energy to conserve as much as possible for the rest of the day. Lower the amount of days if you are over 4-6 days. Recommended is a full body workout or effective workout.

For those that aim to lose weight the Ramadan might help you with that process however do not forget to maintain a stable amount of protein as those are the building blocks that simulate your muscles.
