Doing a super set (back to back) shoulder exercise in this video, going from shoulder shrugs (two versions) to side raises (also called lateral raises).
Hopefully I'll be back in full swing with more videos soon, but currently working on some projects (very much related to this) and of course the holidays are here, so we'll see how it goes.
