  • [ – ] MrJoelDee reply I like the new series. The food at the restaurant looked delicious and I can't wait to see the reviews from the haul as they come out.
    • [ – ] November_Fox parent reply I'm glad you like it! I'm very excited for this new series and I already have my next two ideas planned out. Unfortunately I find this first video to be a bit rough around the edges. Although, I guess that can be expected when you try something new.
      • [ – ] MrJoelDee parent reply I thought it was just fine personally. How was it, sorta vlogging in public? That's something I have to work on. Only did it once in that park. I edited out places where I'd be talking at normal volume, then I'd meet somebody walking and I'd get quiet lol. For you, on camera anyway, it didn't seem to be a problem.
        • November_Fox parent reply It was very awkward to do. I notice the awkwardness in my voice, but then again I shot it so of course I will notice it. I'm sure my confidence will increase over time and I'll get better at doing this. God knows you can see my confidence from my first beer review to my most recent one has increased greatly as well.
  • [ – ] EquallyWorthless reply When you introduced the Anchor Steam Beer I thought "is that from Rhode island?", my home state. We're the ocean state, and an anchor is on our flag, so it seemed like a Rhode Island kind of design. That got me curious about what beers Rhode Island brews, so I searched "beers from Rhode Island". One of the results was Narragansettbeer dot com. The site asks if you're 21 or older. If you click "not yet" it takes you to the Wikipedia article on coffee milk. People outside of New England won't know what coffee milk is, but that gave me a good chuckle. As for criticism for this series: have more to say. Talk us through the process. What are you looking for? Why are you interested in one but not the other? Point out oddities and points of interest. I have no interest in drinking, so this is all foreign to me. Take us through the basics.
    • [ – ] November_Fox parent reply First off, according to Untappd.com, Anchor Steam is brewed in San Francisco CA. Secondly, I'm legitimately curious about coffee milk, so I'm going to look into it as soon as I'm done typing this. However, my guess is it's when you put too much milk in your coffee and get what my friends call "Coffee flavored milk". And of course finally, thanks for the constructive criticism! I'm not sure if you've read any of the other comments, but this series has a lot of room for improvement.
      • [ – ] EquallyWorthless parent reply Everyone assumes it's coffee and milk, but it's actually coffee-flavored syrup mixed with milk like chocolate milk. It's usually a kid's drink, as in mom and dad get beer or hot coffee and the kids drink chocolate or coffee milk. It's pretty good, but probably difficult to get outside of New England.
  • [ – ] Y2JayDoesAsia reply I like the idea, although I think you spent too much time in the video at home, rather than at the retauraunt and store on the beer adventure.
    • November_Fox parent reply I agree with you. I realized my error when I was editing it together later that day. Unfortunately at this point it was too late to go back and shoot more. There are numerous things I've noticed in the video that I need to improve upon. Thank you for the honest criticism!
