Note: 7B SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION Bsod is caused by nvidia detecting a virtual machine and killing the driver. Make sure you have cpu host config being passed to the KVM machine. I was not able to get this working using libvirt and virt-manager, which is why I created the shell script.
If you are having issues with the aforementioned issue, mount your img to qemu directly using the config in the description and see if that works.
