My YouTube video equipment setup consists of a great camera, a microphone (or two), lighting, editing software, and more. As you'd expect, these are important pieces of equipment for making high quality YouTube videos, but there are many options out there, which can make it confusing to decide what you want.

1. A camera, like a DSLR, a nice point-and-shoot, or a smartphone.
