  • [ – ] MrJoelDee reply When you first started pouring, the color kinda made me think of a darker whiskey. I"ve probably had a rye whiskey in the past but I don't think I've ever had a rye beer. If I did, I didn't know it.
    • [ – ] November_Fox parent reply I'm not much of a whiskey drinker, so I can confidently say I've never had a rye whiskey. I'm also pretty sure this is the first rye beer I've ever had, but I can't remember if I mentioned that in the video or not. "Rye" just in general isn't something I'm very familiar with. However, I would like to try more rye beers in the future in hopes of making that flavor more familiar to me. I just hope they're not as thick as this one was. That was a bit disturbing.

You did mention the fact that this was the first rye beer you've had. I don't know a lot about rye myself, other than it's a type of bread and there is rye whiskey.

          • MrJoelDee parent reply That's a good idea. I've had it in the past and thought it was good. Of course me and bread are like me and cheese, there's pretty much no variety that I don't like.
