  • [ – ] AcidBrainWash reply I'm in America, So, I have Guns. In the UK. The weapons of the Military circa. 1578, Spear, Billhook...maybe a sword and shield....crossbow or longbow would be a plus, if they're legal. Train to Fight, Fight to Live....Get Prepared.
  • [ – ] Lawborn reply I hate to admit it but, I have not focused on security as much as I should. Good tips.
    • geordieprepper parent reply Yeah one thing you don't want to happen is someone to gain entry and get unsecured access to something which you yourself put aside to defend yourself with and have that turned around on you and now find it in the hands of someone who intends to do you harm.
  • [ – ] Blue_Rayner reply I would recommend a safe to lock up your cash and valuables in some very handy tips here, say no to cashless society only use cash. Thank you.
    • [ – ] geordieprepper parent reply Absolutely man, cash all the way! Yeah, keeping valuables locked away, physical valued items, cash and gold and silver is always a good way to hedge against fiat currency. I always recommend where possible that people keep items off-site too. Such as at a relatives or trusted friend or even some items in a cache along bug out routes.
      • [ – ] Blue_Rayner parent reply I liked the idea of a double socket as a hidey hole (No problem of how deep it is etc., you put a key though the 3 pin plughole) just looks like all other MK fittings! Thank you.
        • geordieprepper parent reply Totally, there's other options such as clocks that have a hidden compartment. Tins that are made up like popular brands of tinned produce but unscrew and items can be placed in them. Put it amongst a ton of other tins and it's unlikely people will check every single one.
