  • [ – ] Star_Wars6collector reply My brothers ex wife stole my action figures because I gave my brother them to hold on to, over 30 of them, :( So I doubt I will ever get those ones back,
    • [ – ] irbear parent reply Well, that totally sucks!!!
      • Star_Wars6collector parent reply I almost forgot about my custom millennium falcon that I am still working on, that will be a work in progress because I have put it off for a bit longer, it will come together when it is the right time,
      • Star_Wars6collector parent reply plus later on build some sets or displays with some detail,
      • Star_Wars6collector parent reply I want to have a massive collection for Star Wars so your going to see it grow more and more
      • Star_Wars6collector parent reply not going to but a value on what I have for star wars yet, maybe once I get more vintage figures closer to completing then I might,
      • [ – ] Star_Wars6collector parent reply I think I will rearrange my shelves again and place the figures in a better order but still has to be in a nice display,
      • [ – ] Star_Wars6collector parent reply so 30 star wars vehicles of all different sizes and 4 play-sets so 398 action figures, so it grew almost 40 figures from my 360 and if I missed counted one or two then I would have 400 but I just did a rough count per shelf, Now if my job hours was steady it would increase a lot more, but this year has not been very good for work, so a very slow collection year for me, I want to go my collection a lot more then this and if I have to box up some GI Joe's then I will,
        • [ – ] irbear parent reply That's a lot of figures! I have not counted mine but I'm sure I don't have close to that many.
          • Star_Wars6collector parent reply then I want to build nice detailed displays, the artist part of me loves to build stuff like that, I love the detail and the work people put into building displays as well as the imagination,
          • [ – ] Star_Wars6collector parent reply 31 vehicles I forgot to count Anakin Sky-walkers star-ship and a I found a few more figures in one of my plastic containers, so I have 400 Star Wars figures, So still a lot more collection building to go before I get the collection to the level I wish to have it, but it still will always grow, :) you can never have enough star wars, :), I like your collection because it is more focused as you stated with your vintage first as mine seems more random collecting but focused on many parts to all come together as one large collection, Once I have steady work then I can focus on more expensive items that I have in mid to get,
            • irbear parent reply Yeah, you can never have enough Star Wars:-) It's true that my focus is on vintage, but I have gotten some figures from TFA and TLJ.
      • Star_Wars6collector parent reply My star wars I will have to do another count to see how many I have now but the last time I did a count I had 360 figures and I gave my little cousin 10 or I would have had 370, but I will count them again
      • [ – ] Star_Wars6collector parent reply but from my original collection I have the canteen bar and some parts and a headless Darth Vader, so from the ashes of my old childhood collection came the raise of my new large collection and I will never give up my collection, I might sell off all my GI Joe's to build a huge Star Wars collection but I I might just keep them, 550 figures at $20 is $11,000 but there are a lot of figures worth $50 plus, as well as vehicles ranging from all price ranges, many $60 ones to $100 per vehicle as well as rare vehicles worth $250 plus one rare Jeep worth $450 and the rare Knight Raven worth $500, so ruff estimate $15000 dollars worth of GI Joe because I have lots of vehicles and bases and weapons, I think I might have over 100 vehicles of all different sizes, So $15000 is a low ball mark just for my GI Joes
        • [ – ] irbear parent reply Wow! That's massive!!!
          • Star_Wars6collector parent reply well once I started I just kept adding more and more and I love it, just buy a bit every payday and watch it grow into a beautiful collection, or save up and buy a whole bunch, plus I also look for items that I really really want first and then add other ones, I am still thinking if I should sell some GI Joe doubles to get more star wars
          • [ – ] Star_Wars6collector parent reply you think so, just think if I didn't buy half of them on e bay how many more I would have had because the shipping costs a lot, but I find when buying vintage lots it works out really well for that, but I have stopped buying from E bay since they give away all personal info and they sell it as well,
      • Star_Wars6collector parent reply I know that sucks because they where all vintage ones,
      • Star_Wars6collector parent reply I remember I used to buy one figure a week with my allowance but one of my anti's bought all my whole collection for $20 but I was not mad about that because they all went to my cousins at the time and I was very giving and never thought about it, but everything comes back over time, So I have way more then I had back then,
      • Star_Wars6collector parent reply It made me sad because those are my figures and what right did she have to take them,
      • [ – ] Star_Wars6collector parent reply Yup because it was 30 plus vintage figures and there is a no contact order against my brother even thou she was the one who had cheated as well as spousal support and they didn't even have any kids, how shameful is the justice system that is very one sided when is comes to men, The person in a relationship that is at fault should get nothing because they did the sabotaging, but he remarried and has two kids now,
