I was wrong. Very wrong.

  • [ – ] BreezyButt reply First. Eat it.
  • [ – ] RoseyStar reply I already like Vidme more than YouTube
  • [ – ] Watersurf reply Regardless of what's happening on youtube, I've never been paid any ad revenue from YT. This isn't because of the ad things going on but because of YT disabling my account way back in 2012. YT has been dead to me for awhile. Vidme is a great alternative source. Sure, I ain't making money off here yet but time will come for that. Not only that but I am getting better growth over here and having positive feedback over here as well. I like creating over here because I ain't getting disliked up the wazoo for no reason but instead getting upvotes up the wazoo, which is way better. Rambling on, glad you made this video, great job explaining it to those who don't know what's going on. c:
    • [ – ] Azurenightsky parent reply I would prefer having the option for a Downvote button as opposed to pure positivity. Negative feedback is still important, even if it's little more than a downvote.
      • [ – ] Watersurf parent reply Oh don't get me wrong, I think the downvote is a good tool to have, but over on my youtube page, most of my audience is trolls so I get like 12 to 15 dislikes as soon as I upload. That's personally why I don't like it cause of abusers. I think if vidme where to implement a downvote feature, they should make commenting mandatory that way you can tell the creator why they disliked it, but hey, that's just my own thought.
        • [ – ] Azurenightsky parent reply What's to stop them from just writing F as a response to unlock the ability to downvote? Trick question, there isn't one. Unless you start implementing minimum standards to post, in which case...that's a dangerous path to tread.
          • [ – ] Watersurf parent reply And that's the down side of it. Not saying they would implement it anyway, but for now, I'd rather just have no down vote option. It's discouraging when you spend days to even months on a single video just for it to get mass downvoted for no particular reason.
            • [ – ] Azurenightsky parent reply See that's the wrong mindset to have, man. You said yourself, trolls are doing it. So fuck em. Just literally, ignore them, disregard them, don't let it get to you. Make videos despite their shit, make videos because you want to make them, haters gonna hate man. You shouldn't let them bring you down. Mind you, I don't often downvote, I tend to respond with my criticisms, but I still like the option.
              • [ – ] Watersurf parent reply See, you are the type of person I like. You explain to the creator what they did wrong and yes, I try my best to block out the trolls but sometimes when new users see a 47 dislike to 12 like ratio, it makes them think that your videos aren't that good. Then when you hide your likes/dislikes, it just makes them question it more. This is at least from my experience, could be different for others.
                • [ – ] Azurenightsky parent reply Yeah, hiding the bar comes across as cowardly to some people. Honestly, as shit as it may come across as, it really does boil down to toughen up and weather the storm or suffer the pain of defeat. There isn't a magic bullet I'm afraid, but I'm a cynic, so maybe there's something I haven't thought of. Either way, it was nice chatting.
      • [ – ] JustABloke parent reply Just pushing a downvote and not leaving any comment is not negative feedback. Feedback involves engagement.
        • [ – ] Azurenightsky parent reply That's half true, if you're genuinely hitting the dislike button and not simply hitting it for the sake of hitting it, you're saying "I did not like this." As a content creator, being told "This is not what I want." Tells me "Ok cool, I'll make less of that, or maybe a certain thing I tried in that recording didn't work out well, so I'll try something else next time." Admitedly, it is not nearly on the same level as someone offering up a thoroughly thought out response to offer legitimate feedback, but it is still a valid measurement.
          • top10archives parent reply There are a few problems when it comes to the "Dislike" option. While it does tell the creator that something in that video wasn't appealing to a certain person, it's very hard to determine what. Unless you have a very set kind of video across the board and then, suddenly, change on drastic thing, it's difficult to determine what about the video was disliked. There's also the issue of people spamming the button for whatever god awful reasons. Maybe it wouldn't be as much of an issue on Vidme, but if a competing channel on YouTube has a slight disagreement with another channel (or just doesn't like them for whatever reason), the first channel's fans are very quick to spam that dislike button. I saw earlier you mentioned something about ignoring trolls that downvote just to downvote. While the creator is more than able to do so, there runs the risk of viewers seeing the high number of downvotes and skipping the content, assuming that it's no good. Ah, it's a slippery slope. Both op...moretions pose their own issues, but we personally find the "Dislike" option to be an ineffective method of feedback.
    • charityamis parent reply I don't really pay attention to downvotes. Comments give me more of a feel for how people respond to a video.
    • Mrtez300 parent reply i agree 100% bruh
  • [ – ] TechyFarm reply I think YouTube is going through what we call a fuckery period
  • [ – ] ZACHxFULLER reply Yeah yeah, get a job, you hippie.
  • [ – ] Rawman reply I enjoyed your last video you uploaded 6 months ago... Glad to see you back. See you in 6 months lol.
  • [ – ] PimpMasterBroda reply People keep bringing up "offensive" shows like South Park/Family Guy in regards to why advertisers are scoffing at advertising on "offensive Youtube content". It's not about "offensive content", it's about old media trying to destroy the new media to make people watch TV/cable again. People can do a lot of good by sending these advertisers a letter saying you will boycott them for their behavior.
    • slaughtz parent reply Just say it shows they're out of touch, that they're trying to listen to old media instead of supporting new media. The dinosaur media is going to die. Young people are going to find ways to get their voices heard and they won't forget the people who listen to the ones that try to silence them.
  • [ – ] SunsetPop reply VIdme is the new youtbe trust me
  • Mrtez300 reply just like i said before YouTube is going through a Great Depression
  • [ – ] DarkQuark reply YouTube wants creators to go away. The ad nonsense was just a great excuse. Old media wants control of new media and to turn YouTube into the new cable. They are nearly there.
    • WilliamTheGreat parent reply I agree. But I believe that it's even more insidious than that. When you look at the increased control and manipulation of Google, Twitter, and youtube as a whole, there seems to be a systematic push for a political, world, and idealistic viewpoint that is quickly dying and needs them to resuscitate by force.
  • [ – ] Azurenightsky reply I disagree with the people saying growing pains, depression or black magic fuckery. Let's face it. The genie is out of the bottle. Advertisers have strong armed Youtube and they have the edge. You can either lockstep with the "advertiser friendly" line and HOPE for the best, or you can make the most of this situation and turn shit into sugar. People are coming to vid.me in pretty large droves and there will probably be more competition elsewhere as more and more big names start wondering where to turn to. Is it going to have a rough patch? Absolutely. But everything is either a setback or a challenge, which one it is is entirely up to you. Your mindset will guide you.
    • OnlyUltimate parent reply There are a lot of big content creators uploading to Vidme, like Rob Dyke, but they don't add anything to the community here. Maybe they'll start doing that.
  • Ms_K reply awesome video, enjoyed it
  • MuscleProfessor reply Well when youtube catches fire we can all watch it from here.
  • ItsNotTrue reply I'm loving Vidme, simpler, better features. Less BS, faster uploads. Unfortunately the # creators is still kinda low, but it's like the old days of youtube here on Vidme, kinda like the vibe.
  • Plasmyte reply Kind of depressing that YouTube is suddenly fucked, if this site really is our go-to then I really will have to get used to it.
  • [ – ] Skelethor reply All excellent points, @Xycron. The way I see it, YouTube becoming this was a necessary evil, as much as it may be hated. YouTube was really the beginning of online video creating as a job/hobby for most people who do it. However, the first draft of something, no matter how good, is always imperfect. We needed this to happen to YouTube, so that we could detect the problem and ensure the next try at this won't suffer from the same ailment. Vidme is a rectified version of YouTube that is more directed towards the creator; it's the next step upward for online video content to work. Maybe Vidme will encounter a problem that will have the same effect; it'll be up to the next attempt at this to refine the process even more so. I personally haven't wanted this to be my primary job; just a hobby I really loved to do, and maybe make a little money off of it. Making stupid videos that make people laugh/happier? SURE! Why not? I also would like to personally thank you, @Xycron, because y...moreou were the one who introduced me to Vidme in the first place, and I'm very grateful for that. You could have quite possibly influenced the rest of my life. (Maybe; I'm still quite young :)
  • tomjung reply Thanks for not suggesting patreon donations as the only solution to this.
  • [ – ] ThatsEon reply And my friends said I was stpic for leaving YouTube for vidme in October 2016 and becoming exclusive on my first day. And I know YouTube is doing bad and all but let's face it, no matter you stance YouTube made I do what we do now, so be thankful.
    • [ – ] Xycron parent reply You misunderstand me. YouTube has done some amazing and incredible things and I don't think YouTube is going to die. However they are at the point now where they absolutely HAVE to change their ways and actually work with small creators AS WELL as the big. They need to treat the creators like Vidme treats theirs. Communication is key. Transparency is key. YouTube just needs to realize this soon.
      • ThatsEon parent reply Yeah I understand that, last part of my comment I kinda put in weird terms, but it's kinda like a meaning of saying if it weren't for YT we wouldn't be who we are and doing what we do now. But yeah I get what you're saying, btw excuse my bad grammar I used on phone on that comment, darn auto-correct XD
  • WonderfulDraws reply It's great to see the big boys join vidme
  • VectorStudios reply 3 hours ago, and i saw it on VidMe first. Hell yeah.
  • [ – ] valereth reply Thank God for Vid.me (*and Minds...and Gab). I really like this site. I have been transferring my backlog of videos to here and hoping I can gather an audience here that I never really got on Youtube (160 subscribers on one channel. 1000 on the other)
  • [ – ] MysticSword reply Well said. I've been frustrated with YouTube's shenanigans for a long time. It's nice to have VidMe as an alternative for us Creators. It already feels like my new home here now. :)
  • whako reply As one door closes another one opens imo. I feel YouTube did have a golden age for everyone at one point, but now it seems to screwing over big and small content creators all together. Im glad Vidme is actually having daily community interaction and addressing the flaws they have with the site, looking to improve them and take feedback.
  • WavePapi reply Great video!
  • ShinyBigBoo reply Come, come to vidme!! bwahahaha >:D new bloodbags to nom!!
  • Zymon reply Accurate
  • [ – ] Brettkeanevideo reply If you don't feel YouTube is dead then you must not be affected.
    • Terrorful parent reply I had only just started making videos for YT like a month ago. Now I hear people are leaving. Not too bad though, I get the feeling the users on Vidme are here because they ACTUALLY like vidme, unlike the people who use YT because it's the default video portal platform.
  • RenBlogger reply I like your explanation at the end of having the right to be scared about losing your job, no matter what someone else thinks about the merits of that job. I'm sorry so many of you are being hit by this and i'm glad Vidme exists. I hope you can make some money here.
  • RIckChris reply Been reading comments on YouTube that people should defend YT in order to protect capitalism and free enterprise. First off, YouTube has become more like a monopoly which ain't exactly free enterprise. Also, from working in the corporate world most of my life, I learned corporations can take care of themselves and they do so aggressively with armies of lawyers to stomp on the little people, so YouTube can take care of itself very easily. If corporations, who budget a ton of money for accountants and lawyers are in a bad place, it's because they deliberately made bad decisions. I've also observed that YouTube/Google has a corporate management that tends to lean towards the SJW/feminist/Marxist side which means it's not going to be free speech friendly anyway.
  • The_Average_Kid reply Hopfully Vidme doesn't fall into the YouTube syndrome, here's to hoping this site remains a place where ideas can be shared around the world freely!
  • cannotaccess reply YouTube is just things that are on TV and content creaters who are hidden.
  • americanpatriot reply what? all the porn that globalists sell in Videos and TV shows? and they worry about YT content?
  • Double-T reply As a creator starting out I completely gave up on YouTube. I'm not shoved to the corner of the website on Vid.me so I'm actually enjoying making videos and I'm not even making money. Great video btw.
  • JRCSalter reply The way I see it, YouTube created an industry that it didn't even know could exist. If anyone said ten years ago that there would be people who could become millionaires just from playing video games, I doubt you'd be believed. However, they haven't really seen this new industry from the perspective of those in it. So, up pops a small group of people who do know the industry and what those working in it need. The student has become the master if you will. And this could be what leads to a revolution in how we consume content.
  • TheSilentWindow reply Been on YouTube since 2008, and it depresses me to see how it is going down hill right now /:
  • Jesus_Wouldnt_Do_That reply Radio voice... top draw
  • [ – ] wearegods reply These brands have absolutely no control over me, I do videos for my own enjoyment and if I make a little money out of it, great, if not, great again. I'd never make an online income my sole bread and butter to me it's seen more as pocket change than anything or extra spending money.
    • [ – ] OnlyUltimate parent reply But it still sucks for the people that do rely on the money from YouTube.
      • wearegods parent reply That's granted, I just don't think it's wise to invest so much of your income on the internet, especially when it changes so much and so fast.
  • Masterdoctorn7 reply It's kind of weird how a lot of people are moving to twitch. Another weird thing that is going on is twitch is changing up their subscription methods right in the middle of a lot of YTers are jumping ship or splitting their uploads to different platforms.
  • JaitheRai reply I think YT made a huge mistake by not standing by their creators. Instead they decided to shame the creators who made these jokes and videos. Personally I think if YT stood by the creators and ignored all the criticism this would be completely different right now.
  • [ – ] ArbiterAbaddon reply Free speech or get the fuck out. YouTube is dead and the left should die with it.
    • OnlyUltimate parent reply YouTube isn't dead just yet. It's still racking up a tonne of monthly viewers.
    • VybeyPantelonez parent reply Youtube aint even close to dead. I think the biggest problem is the cucks that run ads on there... youtube only.cares about $$$ but can you blame them??? I try and click on ads if they interest me when on yt to support those that still run ads. Vidme is a great alternative platform because diversification is where it's at. Ive definitely gained way more views/subscribers on vidme though so i aint goin nowheres
  • DeadAce-Devon reply I feel like YouTube will get the advertisers back as long as the viewers stick around.
  • Libertas_Est_Immortalis reply YouTube is done. It might take a while, but it is done.
  • Suprememe reply YouTube dun goofed. Their money can't save them now. ^-^
  • spiderfan_MJ reply Great to see more quality content creators start being on Vidme. Welcome! I followed! :)
  • derwingamer2 reply youtube will change back if they had enough of the bull shit
  • Bush_Bird reply nice one ! i am thinking that youtube is doing something secretly from the creators but something better and we will enjoy it after some time but hopefully its this cuz all youtubers will be sick cuz of youtube communication so yeah :c anyway Have a nice day and be positive! ^-^
  • buzzard reply It's funny how my grandkids can watch chase on yt and they have some , what I call an adult content commercial. Not a sexual one ,but one's that shouldn't be on a kids video.
  • Howesenberg reply YouTube is a business, whatever we make they take a cut from it, if we lose they lose and they know this. Yes things are bad but a company the size of Google will turn things around if it means recovering that profit, I don't know when but it will happen. The key is to not put all your eggs in one basket, diversify your network of content so that if one goes down you have another option, it's the same as keeping your resume / C.V up to do date.
  • Thatan1 reply Youtube has died atleast for the people I watch. It's gone all dark and quiet. End times.
  • Lonecomplex reply Youtube's shot themselves in the foot for the final time it seems. But like a lot of things, Youtube will not be destroyed - it will just change in a manner that it becomes something far different than when it started. I will forever argue that it was the big dollars that killed it.
  • TimThebodeau reply As a creator myself, I understand the frustration that's come as of late with YouTube. Really, it's been pretty fucking annoying in plain English. HOWEVER, in a way I find it hard to sympathize to a point because putting all of your eggs in one basket (this basket being YouTube, of course) in terms of a source of income is pretty irresponsible. This was going to happen sooner or later because people are becoming more and more sensitive/triggered as the years go by.
  • LordBaldur reply It has been almost a month and that is important for billing reasons. The thing about Youtube is that once this month has passed, one of two things can happen. Either the content creators stop or the advertisers give in. Places like Youtube are the future and if that isn't the future, then Vidme is.
  • samthepanda reply 2017 the end of Youtube
  • AxxL_Afriku reply I was wrong too: when I once said I am pretty. Very wrong.
  • SylvesterSan reply If someone is capable of making what they like/love into their job they should do that. Youtube is taking this opportunity away by incorporating rules which are way too strict and are even biased towards big channels that originated from cable television like FOX.
  • VanJazz reply The logic of punishing the many for the actions of the few serves a number of agendas 1. it's less work for them to make a sweeping change than pick out the individual problems. 2. it provides the reason to drive an unpopular change that Yt (in this case) wanted to make all a long
  • Nate reply Great vid!
  • GoMGTOW reply YT can die for all I care.
  • ICARUSLIVES reply Despite my content flying under the radar with regards to demonetization issues over on YT. I feel like it's only a matter of time till they come knocking at my door. So yeah, Vidme seems nice.
  • MrATAndreiThomas reply I'm just glad i stopped posting videos on YouTube cause I am sick and tired of youtube's corporate Bullshit, been through a number of issues with that website for far too long and then lied about the unsubscribe glitch which was the final straw, youtube has proven to be Evil, Manipulative and untrustworthy to us small content creators and for that I never coming back to youtube anymore because I don't respect youtube anymore and I don't trust them.
  • SamEarl13 reply VidMe is definitely far better than YouTube (I actually get comments here) but it does have its own set of problems, for example this morning I got 2 notifications only to find it was 2 people (that seemingly post spam) mass following others.
  • FalsePhoenix reply I literally just watched your original video on youtube
  • maxwaxhax reply Same here, YouTube is still the best. Yes it was a hit but it's bouncing back pretty fast.
  • justinkenmore reply Fuck YouTube πŸ–•
  • FrostCynical reply Well they have said that they will add more forms to support the creators but just released superchat and now have a sponsor button, but I only see this working on a live from pew and on YouTube gaming,so basically after 1,5 years twitch grow and get a lot of improvements and YouTube still paralyzed on time and buggy,
  • Wolfer reply I didn't know it was so bad over there right now...Been primarily focused on Vidme...yeesh
  • Aaronshy reply Breezy in the comments! I didn't think they'd move over to Vidme but thank goodness they did!
  • UffdaFida1776 reply Check out unreel.me. The moment came a while ago.
  • AneiDoru reply The adpocalypse made youtube freak out and shut down creators, some are getting outright banned because they are 'too controversial' like that one atheist animator on youtube.
  • hockeyknight reply Interesting.
  • Orjakin reply I enjoy your content, may your memes never die.
  • DGTLONE reply Great reporting on the Big YT fiasco Hope all goes well but i've already started looking for other alternatives which is why i am here. Thanks for sharing your info. Peace DGTLONE
  • iAmEnglishTV reply I feel you, but there needs to be competition and vidme can do that.
  • People_Are_Weird reply Big youtubers should move to vidme!! And then we'll finally have a platform that benefits watchers and creators!
  • MrTheMisfit reply I think it's hard to predict currently but it seems that Youtube will eventually reach equilibrium and Vidme will have grown to be a major competitor, In all making everybody happy in the long run. "and in the end, we are all satisfied and you are set free." Dante DMC 4
  • OrionBlastar reply Vid.me hasn't verified me yet. Youtube did and monetize my videos and then I didn't get much money. I do videos for fun not profit, but it is the principle of the thing.
  • Max_Evel reply It just still seems weird that advertisers would cut off their noses to spite their faces at You Tube. Something just doesn't seem right with all the changes going on at You Tube right now. It all just seems kinda shady for the last couple of years, and I know that's why I was looking for and alternative to post my horrible videos. I just wanna make stuff, and have fun, and never gave a crap about monetizing. I just didn't wanna be flagged, or censored over some petty sh#t! I feel bad for people that have busted their butts trying to make a living off You Tube. I mean think of the years some of them have put in, and the rug has been pulled out from under neath them with no "sorry guys" from You Tube. Okay, that was my rant here... now back to making another horrible video, and posting it on Vidme. Xycron, good post by the way!
  • RAGEfit reply Couldn't agree more with this. And it really freaking sucks.... But do you really think Youtube will die entirely?! Want other opinions on this. I think this sucks and is a HUGE setback for creators -- especially the ones who make their livelihood from youtube -- but I don't think the platform is going to fizzle out anytime soon
  • Killerpez1093 reply What is that song in 0:11
  • TheUnsocialVids reply I didn't get here fast enough.
  • NoIDoNotHaveANameIdeaGoAway reply Youtube sure has went downhill. I hope the same won't happen to other sites.
  • Darkfox7 reply Youtube's automated video review system isn't helping the matter at all. They should really be using people to review videos, instead of broken and stupid bots.
  • Cooper reply I love how vidme has a rule against clickbait! DIE CLICKBAIT!
  • Cooper reply I prefer vidme honestly!
  • tedfegrow reply good tang 4 vid mw
  • TroyRedstone reply But, why would you stop on YouTube because you don't earn money? You can't earn money on vidme, right?
  • SmilePineappleSmile reply Going on to vidme.... it's not that bad :)
  • PurpleHelmet1978 reply YouTube as we have known it is IMO dead. It will go on, but what will be left after the dust settles who knows. What's happening is shocking, I especially feel it for H3H3, absolutely nothing hateful yet they are being sneakily demonetised. Seem like very nice people too which just makes it worse!
  • Angry-Quad reply I actually like being wrong more than right any more.....
  • FXWLL reply As a small YouTube creator its definately not easy. Especially now as id say most creators should look at other platforms to build up along with their YT channel. A lot of work and most of it is promo, not content creation.
  • AuroraRose reply I'll admit that YouTube has it's problems. A LOT of them to. But I still think it has a chance to pull back. But I'll also say that I -LOVE- VidMe. I just made this account and it's already getting more views than my channel on YouTube started getting. It also seems to be a bit more... I dunno, origanized? I just know that Ill certainly be keeping an eye on VidMe to see where it'll go.
  • EtroSomnus reply 100% agreed
  • JaredAycock reply What happened with youtube was basically karma. Youtube became a retarded 4chan. Really i feel sorry for little to no people on there.. its been a disgusting putrid place for a long long time..i'm glad to see it burn. RIP Youtube.
  • crua9 reply I actually ran across your old video today when I was doing research on if I should join this site to maybe test the waters on this platform.
  • SlippyThePug reply As a content creator starting out it's pretty tough to find an audience in todays times on youtube. I have decided to come here and already ported some of my content over. Not to mention the fact my stuff can be labeled as pretty bad for advertisers who care about their image so much so. RIP for youtube.
  • MinxorFabrizio reply This website, along with it's quite low user count gives me old YouTube nostalgia, back when it was way smaller, and you could get noticed easily, but it wasn't popular enough for one to be famous or something similar.
  • bfuss0101 reply Ginger's are welcome in kekistan
  • Heatherstarr reply YouTube is done. This place is better. πŸ‘ŒπŸ»
  • JoshTheSoviet reply Jeef is bad hanzo
  • RBGaming reply its gonna suck building up my audience again
  • markirons67 reply Thanks for the good gouge. I'm brand new to vidme but so far it's a positive experience.
  • Mister_Shots reply They're all dying YT channels :(
  • Yurt_TheSilentChief reply when they are only showing 1 side of political bias and censoring the other for hatespeech, you don't really have the right to do that even if it is youre platform that's just obviously force feeding beliefs
  • Brettkeanevideo reply Good video. Hope you don't mind me posting my video on the issue here https://vid.me/OCOQ
  • Bennysum reply FiNe VidEo bloOD
  • PurpleHelmet1978 reply Came over to vidme last night for a look, because of exactly what you say. Don't get me wrong, I have never and will never make any money - I just don't like the way YouTube conduct themselves, or how they treat their creators. I'll still publish over there, but could see me spending more time here and on other platforms. Great video!

  • UnauthorizedExpression reply I think u get it. Don't be afraid to say it. YouTube is killing alternative media aka us. Google probably asked the WSJ to do this and is working with ad companies to make YouTube seem like the victim when in reality they initiated all of this, so they could become THE neo-tv of the future. This is all about controlling the disimenation of information.
  • NerdHitRecord reply they really need to upgrade this app. youtube app UI is amazing but this app is 2014 youtube all status. Needs to change now!
  • 3555mel17 reply Cuando uno se da cuenta de que algo no va bien, tiene que actuar para remediar, o protestar o eliminar lo que no estΓ‘ bien. Y Vidme es una protesta a "todo pulmΓ³n"
  • Jack-Swish reply Scary time, for everyone that has a dream to make this their job. I hope it gets sorted for everyone's dream.
  • JigglephysicsX reply I don't make videos for YouTube but I do make a living drawing smut so I imagine it's the same thing: making money by living your dream.
  • [ – ] VonHelton reply https://vid.me/MA3r
  • mynx-v-marie reply I really wish I'd made a video about this but I'm still new too this game. I've been watching this unfold and I could predict this was the outcome. The thing is, especially being new to this I came in with a fresh pair of eyes. I was surprised what was out there. The good and the bad. Let's just remember that whilst some channels are dying others are flying i.e. ijustine. If anything I think it will make creators work harder on more varied platforms and also remind the audience that art e.g. Music, film, video is not free. You pay for it one way or another. YouTube just allowed you to pay for it by watching their ads. πŸ€”
  • StuffLikeGames reply This is why I'm moving my stuff over to here, not that I have a huge following but bluh.
  • Focus_Entertainment reply I prefer Vidme anyway haha. Loving it here. Love the vid bro
  • Antonio_Shinji reply probably Youtube will die in 8 or 1 yaear (probably)
  • DavidCalles reply YouTube sucks πŸ‘πŸΌ
  • BluERoseTheNotebookMaster reply Yeah and I was banned from streaming on YouTube for a reason. Yknow, before fucking streaming anything
  • grahamburdick reply As I'm watching this I get a notification about a Youtuber getting her videos taken down.
  • pianoelectro reply Vid.Me "is" taking orders from 'outside' entities (factually).
  • Havok reply First off let me say great video. Honestly we just need to get the VidMe out there with the social platforms that us creators currently use for example Twitch. I for one love the subscription service that VidMe implemented and think it's much better suited versus having ad based revenue that may or may not get played on your videos. One step at a time VidMe.
  • Jambit reply I have crippling depression
  • Justus1 reply I hope that all failing youtubers join vidme
  • TheColorRed reply Xycron the next pewdiepie of vidme
  • duffy reply great video man. thanks for sharing.
  • theirongiant6 reply This video made me try Vidme, finally. It's actually pretty amazing so far, I like it!
  • TmibTulelo reply I don't know the future of Youtube, but I didn't upload anything there, since the earnings drop. Keeping an eye on vid.me though.
  • bononoz1 reply Let's all thank the Wall Street Journal for the shit that happened for months now!
  • JesseCrawfordFit reply I recently started uploading here as well as YT and the interaction on here is much better in my opinion! There's not very many fitness channels of here though, so maybe that community will grow here eventually 😊
  • ChronosChris reply Also people.. If you're going to leave YouTube.. Don't just bookmark it and stay signed in.. Hell no. Sign out of that shit, delete the bookmark, say your goodbyes. Never look back. Do not click on another YouTube link ever again. That's the proper way of doing it. Always and 100% support vidme. :)
  • cole_beats reply I kinda hope youtube doesn't die out
  • ChronosChris reply Screw YouTube. It's time to make VidMe the most popular video site on the internet. :) It's now or never people. For too long Google and YouTube have had a monopoly on everything and they're destroying the internet with constant censorship. It's time to jump ship. Vidme is already looking like a far better website. It's like experiencing the older days of YouTube again. :) A growing friendly community. :) I love it.
  • Vespertilio reply Honestly, Youtube is so out of hand to the point its not worth staying with.
  • soraroxasrikukairiven2017 reply The text box wants me to say something nice. Something nice!!
  • 7rystan reply It's quite depressing, but I think we're seeing the beginning of Disneytube.
  • redRomina reply I have almost 250k views on YouTube and my revenue is about $50. I have been on that specific channel making videos 2-3 times a week, sometimes doing VEDA (vlogging every day) for a little over a year... so yea. Kind of hard having a part time job for 1.5 years that hasn't sent you a paycheck!
  • americanpatriot reply what? all the porn that globalists sell in Videos and TV shows? and they worry about YT content?
  • OnlyUltimate reply I don't think YouTube will die or anything like that. It's just that content creators realised that YouTube isn't reliable, they need to put their eggs in more than one basket.
  • Terrorful reply Newgrounds haven't been there since the beginning. THEY WERE the beginning :D
  • Brannie reply I'm starting to adore Vidme how it operates and what it provides. But as it increases in numbers, more options and settings will be available to all of us in the future.
Download the Vidme app!
