  • I3UTM reply Sweet Potato Protein Smoothie Ingredients • 1 medium sized pre-cooked [Cooked 12-24 hours prior to prep in oven at 30-45 minutes / 400F; then refridge after that until ready for use] sweet potato (peeled and quartered) • 3 Tablespoons of Low-fat of Plain Greek Yogurt OR 2 Tablespoons of smooth Natural Peanut Butter • ½ Cup of Vanilla Organic Soy Milk OR Unsweetened Organic Soy Milk w/ 1-3 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract • 1/2 Cup of chilled dark-brewed coffee; w/ added extract of your choice [optional] • 1 Cup of regular cubed-shaped Ice Cubes • i full scoop of your favorite plant-based or nut-based protein powder (at least 12 grams of protein -- chocolate or vanilla flavor preferably) Preparation Method • Place the above ingredients in a blender. • Blend until ice and sweet potato are somewhat mixed on a medium to high setting (60 seconds at least.) • Hand mix the batch to see if any lumps still exist. • Blend the batch until the mix is smooth on a blendi...moreng setting for another 60 seconds.
