In this video I go over a quick example on polar coordinates and illustrate how to plot various points onto a polar coordinate system. I look at 4 particular that illustrate the steps to take to plot points that involve a varying the angle and distance, as well as plotting for the cases where either the angle or distance are negative. This is a quick example to become familiar with this new coordinate system because it is a big more complicated than the typical x-y Cartesian axis that we have been dealing with up to this point. This is good example to get used to the polar coordinate system, so make sure to watch this video and understand it fully because in later video I will be diving into some pretty advanced, and amazing, polar coordinates graphs, curves, and properties, so make sure to watch this video!
