  • [ – ] WalkingForWeightLoss reply Thanks for sharing this video. God sleep is the biggest area of struggle for me regarding healthy habits. I slept better in relations than while single I notice. I've never been good at meditation since my mind races too much. When I can't sleep I try to get up and do something productive. I'm guessing the prevalence of smartphone culture is negatively impacting sleep.
    • LMFitness parent reply Yes, the smart phone era is certainly having a huge impact on peoples ability to shut off and relax in order to get sufficient and good quality sleep. Every time your brain engages, it upsets the hormone balance and serotonin/melatonin production, hence why falling asleep can be so tricky.
