Well, College Humor is at it again, pushing a silly argument under the guise of humor. Usually I don't feel like they're worth responding to, but this one was different: the thing they attempt to separate from feminism is actually an exclusively feminist talking point.
Now, to an extent, I understand the idea behind this idea of "balancing out the universe" and giving women a chance to wield power: the idea is that men have set up society in a way that benefits them, so we need women to push the pendulum back to center. However, there are many areas in which this simply didn't happen (the draft, custody rights, homelessness, unequal jail sentences), even with mostly men in power, so clearly the gender of the people in power is not the deciding factor, and "by men for men" doesn't accurately describe society.

I have definitely seen more examples of this type of thinking, but I usually didn't bother to save them because I didn't see the pattern.
