  • [ – ] WalkingForWeightLoss reply I'll stick with club soda - zero calories. Despite the fact that I have a sweet tooth, I was able to give up sugar beverages back in 2010 or 2011. I used to drink about 4 sodas per day. Now the only sugar beverages I drink are natural coconut juice and a rare sugar beverage a few times per year - like root beer float during summer.
    • [ – ] Marzipandorica parent reply Yeah I drink an unhealthy amount of Soda, 2 ltrs per day at times. I switched to diet to help me reach a reasonable amount , hopefully. Either way it's better than drinking regular soda. With enough time I won't need diet soda either. And since diet is terrible, i get water more often now.
      • WalkingForWeightLoss parent reply The bigger problem with soda the damage it does to your teeth. You can always lose weight generally speaking but you can't regrow back damaged teeth. I know this firsthand. One of the videos on my to-do list is a video about 0 calorie drink options. Of course, some of the big-brand sodas have a 0 version of their main soda but I am guessing whatever it is that darkens the soda isn't so good for the teeth.
