  • geordieprepper reply Certainly, prepping should help to reduce stress, especially in an emergency. However I can see how people new to it could make some bad decisions which will cause stress and beyond a certain point stress is detrimental. Starting with your health is not only the number 1 prep to do but as you get fitter and stronger and healthier it will reduce any stress and this will help with a healthier mind too.
