So I came across this video after hearing Maajid Nawaz of LBC discuss it briefly on his show, and it made me sick to my stomach. The thought that any woman, regardless of her religion, should be hounded and harassed until she has to apologise is appauling to me. No woman should have been shamed into apologising for dancing and music and doing whatever she wants with her body. Sadly no feminist outlet, no left wing or liberal publication picked this up, and this was a few days before International Women's Day. No one took this up as a cause. While it is right to point out anti Muslim bigotry wherever it happens, it's also important to point out instances in these communities within communities that where minorities within minorities are suffering as a result of this. Honestly, I found it appalling that this happens in my own country in 2017. This woman should not have apologised. ----------------ORIGINAL VIDEO ------------- -------------------SOURCES------------------------ -------------------------SOCIAL MEDIAS AND STUFF-------------------- PATREON: PAYPAL: MINDS: TWITCH.TV: TWITTER: @otterfacetweets TUMBLR: ASK FM: PROFILE PIC BY @_semajZ_ - his deviantart: and his tumblr account: MUSIC: ------------------------------FAIR USE-------------------------- "Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for fair use for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.
