  • FubuckYoubu reply Steven Crowder is not a philosopher but a comedian/radio host. He is stating his opinion on countries founded on religious (not necessarily Christian) principles of morality and their incompatibility with Islam. He is also not a theologian. So, why criticize him for this? What's the point? You base your statement that "Steven Crowder does not understand philosophy" on some very flimsy ground here. A few comparative verses from the Bible & Koran prove exactly what? You concede most of his points, yet, still criticize him for not "understanding" philosophy. Do you completely understand philosophy? If not, what's the point of this whole vid? It sounds like: "I am a deep thinker and you're not" "so there!" Silly.
  • ChrispysTake reply WAIT WAIt WAit Wait wait. It's unhealthy to NOT hold a grudge? It's unhealthy to forgive a man's trespasses? This is EXACTLY what the bible says. Just like God has forgiven us, we shall forgive others. Forgive as many times as needed. Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, "LORD, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?" 22Jesus answered, "I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times. (Mathew 18:21-22) Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, outcry and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and tender-hearted to one another, forgiving each other just as in Christ God forgave you. (Ephisians 4:31-32)
  • Zlau92 reply Not moronic. Christians believe that they are forgiven, and are commanded to forgive others in the same way. For anything and everything, no matter how terrible.
