  • Mr2ndopinion reply When you start meditating you start realizing you already lived in a meditative state of mind. My senses including my 'third eye' opened up at a very young age... I lost track of it cuz I got caught up in the problems of life... don't let that be an excuse to do it or not do it... meditating is healing you, you have to be kind for yourself and your meditation will be easier... don't get distracted from what you want to think, dream, fantasize or meditate about is my tip!
