  • theoldsparrow reply The point of customer service is to give the customer a good feeling that they can associate with your business. It's a double edged sword though because bad customer service associates a bad feeling with your business. Bad customer service means less customers which means a failing business. I know that for most people it's just a job to pay the bills but being good at your job whatever it may be should be the goal.
