Ever wondered how a movie scene is constructed? I will be covering the basic elements in how a screenplay is formatted, how a scene is constructed with William Froug's rules, and deconstruct the character dynamics within the scene.
We'll be covering the basics of a sequence, and the elements of how a screenplay is written with this week's case study, Sideways. The film is a romantic comedy based on a book with the same name. A divorced man and a soon-to-be married one go on a trip through wine country to indulge themselves, while they meet potential loves of their lives.
Also, I apologize for any audio changes, I just got a new mic, and I didn't have time to re-do all the sections, only sections that needed to re-done.
