  • [ – ] lordcooler reply i lost 75 pounds in six months from 220 to 147. no exercise and yeah you can have one cheat meal a week to keep sane lol. in fact its good to cheat for a few days it is called refeeding your self by you only do that every two weeks then you go back on the all fruit and salad for two weeks rise and repeat

  • lordcooler reply easiest way are bananas and oranges. they are the highest calorie fruit. 20 bananas a day and a few oranges are you are good to go
  • lordcooler reply go into it slow eat large salad for lunch and dinner. then work your way to one large salad for just dinner. its nothing new tons of videos of people doing it on youtube most go for over 100 days. and no you do not need meat protein that is a myth.
