  • StolenMoment reply I have lost, over the course of a long life, more weight than comprised of you and all your friends. Strange diets will kill you slowly. Eat a well balanced diet including the bad stuff, just eat less. Activity helps but is not the answer. You can be strong and fat. Find ways to occupy your time. Boredom is a major obstacle. Finally, when you do get to eat, always eat the good stuff. Expensive and tasty.
