Mental Fitness – Grow Up And Act Like An Adult
We lose the essence of having fun. We lose the essence of being creative, that’s where we go wrong, lose touch with those things that we should hold on to. A lot of people age because they start thinking old. You start thinking, oh, I’m getting old. I’m not supposed to do this. I’m not supposed to do that. This is a real serious mental sickness thing I want you guys to consider. I’ve been talking about this a lot to the people around me.
We see certain people like as a society, and we’re kids, we play, especially in my generation, we didn’t have social media. We didn’t have all this technology so we had to use our imagination. We had to physically get outside and play. We had to interact with each other. We played with toys, we thought, we build things, took things apart, did things a lot differently. In a lot of ways, these kids, I feel, are at a disadvantage because sometimes too much technology and too much information makes you lazy and pulls you back from being creative. Our society teaches us at a certain point to move away from your creativity, to move away from having fun, to get serious, to grow up, to stop the things that makes you youthful and makes you fun, that just makes you feel good.
