  • LexRudera reply Yeah, it's fairly authentic. Personally I usually chop the onions very, very finely, unlike the big chunks you have. Another twist we often do, is using oats instead of the bread crumbs. Mmmm! But I have to raise my eyebrow at one thing! Lid on? I can't really say that anyone does that. At all.
