        • MysticSword parent reply Hey, I have fond memories of Tank Battle and Pong as well. Perhaps I may even do retro-gaming episodes of them. Gaming has come a long way of course since those classic games, but they will always have a place in my heart. :) Cheers!
  • [ – ] SamEarl13 reply Asteroids is definitely a game everyone knows about, the one I played wasn't as colorful though (probably the original arcade version).
    • MysticSword parent reply Yes, the original arcade version was black-&-white using vector (line-style) graphics. Though it was "better" in some ways (compared to the Atari 2600 version), being a coin-op arcade game, it was designed to be fairly difficult to suck the coins from your pockets. :P The Atari 2600 version was limited in some ways and looked rather "chunky" compared to the arcade-version, but; you could play it at home, you didn't need to keep feeding it coins to play, it had several configurable game-play options, it was colorful and I'd say despite some shortcomings (compared to the arcade version) it was a lot of fun to play. Cheers! :)
  • [ – ] Ms_K reply ahhhh snap brings back MEMORIES
