  • OnlyLevelOne reply You've motivated me to start my weight loss adventure! You've got this. Don't allow the number on the scale to control you. You're making changes in your lifestyle that will help you feel better physically and emotionally. Those good choices have a great effect, even if the scale doesn't show it. Take it one choice at a time. As you create a habit of doing what you know you want to do then the weight will come off. Every single good choice is a reason to celebrate. Even if it's eating one sandwich instead of two for lunch. Or choosing an apple over chips.
