  • November_Fox reply Very nice science lesson!
  • [ – ] theoldsparrow reply We have a decent amount of compost in the backyard from when we were doing straw bale gardening before we put in the raised beds. A lot of the nitrogen was retained in the straw and it has made some very rich compost now that it's been over a year. Great video, Jay. :D
    • [ – ] Y2JayDoesAsia parent reply Unfortunately I'm about to say goodbye to the garden and the house soon, our house is on the market and our first open home is this sunday.
      • [ – ] theoldsparrow parent reply I hope it sells well and your next new home has just as beautiful of a garden. I wish the best of luck.
        • Y2JayDoesAsia parent reply We're gonna be renting another house first, for a while, coz it may take some time to find what Coco wants for the next houese. Cooco is dead set on 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for the next house, but most houses around here were only built with 1 bathroom. So we'll see how we go. We might be renting for a while.
  • BalletBro reply great little guide! thanks for sharing, I wanted to develop a video -format "community sustained rooftop agriculture guide" for people living in new york, most the rooftop space here is unused, and usually there is enough space for enough fresh fruits/ vegetables for an entire building! Plus composting is not a big deal in regards to smell and all that since it's well - up on the roof! Your guide will be useful towards this thank you!
