Free NLP Training: NLP Meta Model - Universal Quantifiers.
In this video I want to show you how to challenge universal quantifiers so as to bring people out of trance – well hopefully.
And who better to start with than Anita Sarkeesian. Back in 2016 there was a video posted on youtube in which Anita Sarkeesian addressing the United Nations, said, “Everything is sexist, everything is racist, everything is homophobic.”
Another video shows her on stage at a feminist conference – I think it was in Sydney Australia in 2015. The link is in the comments box below.
[Anita Sarkeesian: How to be a feminist (All about women in 2015)
In the Sydney example she says, “When you start learning about systems - everything is sexist, everything is racist, everything is homophobic – and you have to point that out.”
And note that she is not saying everyone but she is saying everything.
Now if we look at our NLP Meta Model we see that the word, “everything” is a universal quantifier. A Universal Quantifier is an absolute generalisation – a universal generalisation – that excludes exceptions by stating that something is true for everything. You can recognise a universal quantifier by the words, "all, always, every, never, everyone, no one, no body, none".
Clearly Anita Sarkeesian is not in sensory based reality – and as long as she holds onto the belief that everything is sexist, everything is racist, everything is homophobic – then she is in trance – not only that but anyone who does not challenge her statement is also in trance – and since I never heard anyone at the UN challenge her then I can only assume that the entire United Nations Assembly were in trance.
So how to bring these people out of trance? Watch the video.
