CQB: pistol gripped shotguns: getting started
January 1 2017
This video offers advice and techniques for beginning users of shot pistols and pistol gripped short barreled shotguns to get started in the study of these weapons. The use of chamber adapters to allow the use of smaller gauge ammunition for recoil reduction during preliminary training is recommended. The use of a .22 LR short barreled rifle is also recommended to help develop trigger control and weapon handling skills during training. Advice for beginners to utilize non-NFA versions of shot pistols, short barreled rifles and shotguns is suggested to allow students to begin experiencing CQB weaponry without the expense and legal hurdles associated with NFA weapons.
