For my Tech Tuesday video this week, I am focusing on 2 apps which will help with your phone addiction, and help you either become more productive, for example if studying for exams, or if social media is starting to impact your mental health these apps can be very good for self-care, as you will no longer be able to see what all your friends are up too, which can cause jealousy, low self-worth and genuine sadness.
These apps are available on Google Play and the App Store, and they are also free, all apps that are not free I will always state otherwise.
