Have you tried improving your vision naturally but feel like it's not working? In this video, Nathan Oxenfeld discusses the right way versus the wrong way to perform you holistic vision practices. Some important questions to ask yourself are:
1. What practices are you doing?
2. How often are you doing the practices?
3. How are you performing the practices?
4. Why are you performing the practices?
Nathan goes through these questions one by one and explains the importance of establishing your "eye-mind connection", which refers to the marriage of the physical practices with the mental focus and engagement. If you are not staying present during your practices and your mind wanders, you may have an "eye-mind disconnection", which will decrease the power and potential of the physical practices. By focusing on your mental state before, during, and in between your physical vision practices, you can deepen your relaxation and actually get more results.
Another important question to ask is - how long have you been wearing glasses? If you have worn glasses for 10 years before beginning your holistic vision practice, you need to be patient to achieve a full recovery. It may not necessarily take you 10 years to get your vision back 100% naturally, but try and keep perspective of the bigger picture and your full vision history.
