  • DickDitty reply Right man, the thing is who owns the lines, and does he who owns them get to say what they exist for? Does international corporationX get to say it's lines now exist for the distribution of entertainment media and not allow, or greatly diminish their use for telecommunication? Do a search on "Net Freedom" vs "Net Neutrality". See if you can explain it to Styx 🙂
  • VybeyPantelonez reply The problem is: if tech firms are going to circumvent 1A then the constitution is null. I don't WANT to ask govt to regulate but 1A is very important... i am absolutely for free speech unless it's incitement to violence.
  • 173 reply I think we may have passed that point, protecting 1A, and free exchange on the web. The point for that was in 1999/2000. It has been taking a similar path to that of cable television. Just look to the billions made by the likes Bezos, Zuckerberg, at al... It's a new monopolisation industry. I agree with your idea though.
