  • [ – ] ExcalibursZone reply When I'm in a bad mood, I usually find out that it's due to low blood sugar so I have to get something to eat. Perhaps when you're in a bad mood, treat yourself to something tasty or decadent, a small amount, or fill your belly with extra protein or some fat to help improve your energy levels a little. It works for me, maybe it'll help you out as well :)
