  • [ – ] Mutto reply Was waiting for you to finally put this on the non shit platform
    • [ – ] BookSmart parent reply He put it on MySpace?
    • ZambonieDude parent reply We need more people supporting these platforms, not exactly following your favorite Channels and boosting them, but finding new ones & actually leave comments etc. Without a stronger base these alternative platforms will fail compared to the Google Monopoly :P
  • [ – ] ImpeccablyCurious reply God, I wish I could share this on facebook without fear of losing my career.
    • [ – ] zelbekon parent reply Why not delete the people who can get you in trouble instead? I did this and I moved from like 250 people to about 30 people.
      • abetterwest parent reply Because that in effect is a self-censorship. A core element of the problem with the leftists as a movement.
  • BookSmart reply The main object of the strategy is to draw the attention of average people who otherwise wouldn't notice. To do that, we need to have people who can grab their attention and entertain them. In short, we need more people like @MisterMetokur on our side. They'll draw a crowd whether these companies like it or not.
  • Platypus67 reply This stupid bitch just confirmed exactly what the guy wrote - and doesn't even realize it. Makes me think she wasn't hired on the base of her abilities... Jordan peterson is a hero! This whole islam-petting is a huge problem; the situation is highly dangerous!! ...and youtube has become a cesspool of censorship and oppression of critical voices. We're living in dangerous and sickening times!
  • Vivalune reply I'm afraid of the future of the internet and society as a whole
  • [ – ] mw3modderman reply We simply need loads of people to leave Youtube for Vid.me, the death of youtube free speech in it's totality in inevitable.
    • [ – ] Identitarian parent reply The Alt-Right refugees from YT are going to dominate Vidme.
      • ZambonieDude parent reply That could be the platforms biggest problem, the masses will want what they had from YouTube. Which is everything. Big YouTubers have no reason to leave YouTube since they still make ridiculous money, their fans are loyal to support them as we are to some of our channels. Moving isn't an option until forced.. And YouTube succumbs to that demographic, since that's where the money comes.
    • [ – ] Cody_Cigar parent reply YouTube has been running at a loss for years, Google has enough cash to keep it running.
      • [ – ] mathphysicsnerd parent reply He didn't say YouTube itself though, he said "YouTube free speech". Surely you agree the ability to speak whatever you wish on YouTube is going to quickly vanish, right?
      • [ – ] sapphiredskye parent reply Yeah, but how much are they willing to bleed (financially) for it?
        • Cody_Cigar parent reply Since Google is the most used Search engine in the world, and normies will keep using YouTube, even with all the bullshit; Google can afford YouTube almost entirely being abandoned.
      • [ – ] metsis parent reply >google has enough cash to keep it running For how long? This sort of shit coming out is already a strong signal of how bad the internal degradation of Google is. When was the last time Google released some new, significantly interesting product? I am no expert, but it does seem to me that google is starting to go the way that Yahoo and Mozilla went. Virtue signalling, political correctness and sweeping aside engineers/innovators/those oddballs kills tech companies, every fucking time.
        • zelbekon parent reply >When was the last time Google released some new, significantly interesting product? About a year ago they released Cloud Vision API and it's possibly the best kind of this tool on the market, at least I wasn't able to find anything better that didn't involve training a huge model on your own.
  • [ – ] HerrWolff reply At this point the best we can hope for is that a lot of people on youtube and other social networks migrate over to their competitors since any hope we had on these large companies to stand up for users has long since diminished or we'll have to raise up in a public and most likely violent manner which it hopefully won't have to come towards.
  • [ – ] NuckingFuts reply Solution: create different platforms and services. Google isn't deemed to be the king of the internet forever.
  • [ – ] axivate reply slammed vidme onto the bookmarks bar for exactly this reason.
  • [ – ] Mountainghost556 reply This is nothing more than a big pretty package of control with a bow on it. The left is now no longer an opinion or view point it is an attack and it has not only been in the virtual world but the physical also. They want only one thing, to eradicate the opinion then the person. This is a coupe on the internet from the old net to one of absolute control. What is the next platform for opposing opinions? We go back to public access tv ,then radio, then ham radio, then print media ,then fliers and leaflets, then soap boxes, then secret meetings, then secret messages, then one night the secret police kick in your door and your never seen again (recently shown in Venezuela). Because that is how it will progress, that is how they are running their companies and it will spread.....Or I could just be paranoid.
    • [ – ] metsis parent reply Well I don't think it's paranoia if such things have happened in the past repeatedly. Did the leftist not go after the printed media first in France and Russia before the bloodshed started in the earnest too?
      • Mountainghost556 parent reply Exactly you, are spot on. This may just be a new growing pain in the internet. I can only hope so, but unlikely. Some say this will pass, but in this day and age when people, property and money are disposable so are things like virtual assets. Think this way some times a loss is a gain.
  • BookSmart reply To be fair, her eyelash is pretty marginalized. Eyelashes in general tend to not receive very many callbacks from job applications.
  • [ – ] BigGoy4U reply The poor man who wrote this probably thought that calm and rational discourse with these people could actually bring about change. Instead he got fired. I guess he's learned his lesson.
  • SirRidealot reply I didn't know you existed. Found your channel here. I quit Google and YouTube. I hope Vid.mi gets their head out of their ass and take notice. They can make it big on google mistake. Google is an echo chamber. Free thinkers will exodus from YouTube
  • duckhk reply An alternative will form... People can't even remember Myspace or Yahoo... Just keep fighting and telling the truth.
  • twelventy reply Started watching this on YT, realized my mistake 5 minutes in. Have to force myself into a new habbit of checking the nonshit video provider first.
  • Lonecomplex reply There are competitors, but whether they take off or not is a good question. Consider virtually every one has TOS that reserve final authority to delete content for any reason, to include reasons that are biased or frivolous. Facebook and Google have inculcated themselves in the lives of Millennials the same way McDonald's and Burger King have done so to numerous generations. The only difference is: you can make your own damn hamburger at home if you want. Of course you could organize your own social media platform, but they all function on crowd-based use. Therefore the answer to Google, Facebook, etc, is very simple: Do not attack these monolithic tech giants. They are too big, too rich, and too well fortified. Instead, attack the crowd. Undermine people's confidence in the product and they will have to go *somewhere.* Ideally that somewhere would be a place of your own design, or at least one that serves the best interests of freedom and liberty. People ditched MySpace for...more other services because other services were there to take its place. Had nothing else ever come up, MySpace would still be top. People don't necessarily like "Facebook." They like Social Media. If something does Social Media better than Facebook and makes Facebook obsolete, then much like that Gateway PC you bought in 1998, it's only a matter of time before it sees the trash.
  • [ – ] Auceza reply NaziTube and Nazi-Google.
    • [ – ] Identitarian parent reply Nazis wouldn't tolerate this leftist, multikult nonsense. You mean Commie-google.
      • [ – ] Auceza parent reply Nazis had been (National) Socialists, too. Nazis had been Lefties.
        • [ – ] Identitarian parent reply No, they were far right. They fought directly with Marxists for control of Germany, and had private property, private businesses, but yes social support for native ethnic Germans. Hitler was elected in a democratic vote.
          • [ – ] Auceza parent reply Stalin also killed thousands and thousands of communists. Many, many Nazis had been former communists for example Joseph Goebbels. Hitler wasn't elected by a democratic vote. He just got 33% of the votings. Mainly women voted Hitler and his party. He overpowered the German democracy in order to become the "Führer". And he didn't support the native ethnic Germans. He used and betrayed the German people for his insane plans. Nobody lies to the people he loves. Hitler did. The German NSDAP has been a left wing party, a party of the workers.
  • Angry_Computer_Nerd reply Minds.com and yandex.com are looking pretty good right. Also if you hava ADHD gab.ai is great too :>
  • [ – ] schoqqer reply If only other Jewtubers would double upload their videos here. How has nobody created a an upload platform that allows you to blast it to multiple platforms?
    • [ – ] nodetact parent reply Vidme actually has this... BitChute, however, is way too young and underrated to have even many of its channels engaging into it nearly as often manually. But when I get the hang of my channel here, I'll figure out how to draw out a servitude out over there as well. Also, after i reregister the rest of my alternative social medias off of my Google account (atbcw10m@outlook.com, hit me up yew geiz) like i already did in my last Vidme channel update, i may even deactivate it altogether. Maybe i should make a video promoting people to make universal Windows platform apps (like i currently am trying to do using visual studio on my windows 7 laptop) so that android users throwing every single one of their Samsung galaxies in the trash heap don't only go to crapple for a smartphone device to be their daily driver (they banned Gab in their app store!) and save Windows 10 mobile once and for all
      • [ – ] Mountainghost556 parent reply I just followed your channel, you should do a video on your transfer from google to alternative solutions to this left coupe of the internet. People don't know that their are alternatives.
        • nodetact parent reply Yeah thanks a bunch. Odd how you followed me before upvoting and commenting though ahaha. Before my verification (if i ever apply for one) i deliberately limit myself to publish one video per any given day of a week so i can focus on other things in life in combustion with my other alternative social medias, as well as give those videos each more wiggle room to see audience engagement. So i might take awhile to build up that content creation in particular, however do not fret because seeing as it resembles one of my scripted plans for videos (which by the way includes what i said above) i may make a mega feature including the whole gamut between my underrated choices of technology in general and theirs.
  • DankMcDreamcast reply geewiz, 1984 sounds so fun!
  • omgomgomgd reply Thank you, you glorious cuck.
  • youcamefromhell reply Silicon Valley has gone under.
  • Victor_von_Doom_Jr reply They will be called "Socialist Media" from now on. Also, switch to Gab.ai and delete your Twitter account. Switch to Minds.com and delete your facebook account. Stay the hell away from Wikipedia and return to actual books.
  • [ – ] RiccardoBlb reply Make your own website like we used to do before this social network obsession, enable rss feeds and teach people to use an rss reader. Bandwidth and space are really cheap nowadays. Smart people warned about this when people started using thirdparty websites as their main platform.
    • [ – ] freerangehobo parent reply Sounds great. How can this be explained to someone who has limited knowledge of technology?
      • RiccardoBlb parent reply Well we could make an informative campaign like the prism break, and the content creators that don't have the willingness to do it will have to pay someone to handle the platform. I say willingness because there is not much knowledge involved, 15 yo kids used to do it well enough. And nowadays it's even easier. And they will earn more anyway.
  • Cody_Cigar reply This will probably be the video that "kickstarts" vidme
  • 4thDaGrymReaper reply We are fucked Jim
  • themillennialrevolt reply Wrong thinkers beware it's disgusting that companies in 2017 are basically thought policing their employees who lean right or are white men. This Marxist culture has infected our schools, business, it has destroyed relationships, it has to stop
  • Auceza reply We need new independent networks, controlled by the people and not by corporations. In the past there had been several attempts to create such networks: independent platforms linked to each other create a huge network of scepticism and free speech. This network is easy to repair since the globalists attack one of it's platforms. Since we are able to create such a network, the globalists need to shut down the whole internet in order to stop it. And this would destroy them and their business.
  • svenmalefist reply All of those *videos*, where you see avatar, screenshot and lector are not worth of my 20 minutes attention, they are instructions and even can represent counter ideology, they are no more than brain washers - does not matter if this is post modernistic or conservative propaganda, they are produced for views, and theirs quality is like sweetener instead of sugar. The real activism is just go to fucking google HQ and occupy theirs doors.
  • [ – ] Natanahel reply So, (((google))) is modifying information, what search engine should i use?
    • [ – ] JysusCryst parent reply duckduckgo.com
      • [ – ] Angry_Computer_Nerd parent reply duckduckgo uses bing which is owned by left wing Microsoft. Use Yandex.com. It's based in Russia. Times have changed when Russia has more freedom than the USA.
        • [ – ] palvarezcruz parent reply It's true they use the Bing API but the search results aren't exactly the same. For example search "sharia law" and notice critical articles are in the first page in DDG whereas Bing shuns them several pages later and even completely hides some like one from CounterJihad.
          • Angry_Computer_Nerd parent reply The results are nearly identical. The first 10 are on each have CNN , Snopes and other left wing organizations. Since the duck is based on bing if bing cuts the right wing sites the duck loses them too. Search sharia law on yandex snopes and the other left wing sites are 2nd and 3rd page. CNN doesn't even appear.
        • sapphiredskye parent reply This makes reminiscent of AOL lol...
        • [ – ] RyanKKKK parent reply They're actually in partnership with Yandex.
      • Identitarian parent reply Snowdon recommends startpage for search
    • metsis parent reply StartPage works fairly well.
  • [ – ] JustCallMeMister reply Time to use Ask Jeeves to search up hentai.
  • DOTTD reply Vid me all the way
  • TheMac reply Google is not the only place this ideological enforcement is taking place. It appears to be common corporate bigotry in many companies. The same anti-male bigotry appears in government and education. I am glad I won't be around for where this is headed.
  • blindfire reply I think the time has come for an antitrust lawsuit against Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Amazon. They function as monopolies within their respective spheres. They also create an ideological echo chamber, as you've pointed out.
  • TraumaCollectiv reply thanks for signaling the warning. Will be watching your stuff on here now
  • [ – ] MysticChicken reply I may consider leaving for the first time in five years? Don't consider [Just Do IT](https://vid.me/AGgr)
    • yourvagismysafespace parent reply Not everyone can just walk away from a steady paycheck. It does sound like if the author had another source of employment they'd jump ship.
  • kuraudo reply SHUT IT DOWN
  • VIPtronic reply The users permitted this to happen by clustering into these social media services. Something like 40% of all internet traffic comes from the biggest 4-5 websites, the owners of which are regularly in contact with each other to think of new ways to fuck with you. If you want freedom of any kind, you just have to leave them and use smaller sites.
  • TelinZhou reply I suggest everyone try to tip at least a dollar every once in a while. We need to support our "controversial" deplorables to take the power away from Google!
  • spookyboo reply Typical of Silicon Valley companies. I was such an outsider at Apple. It wasn't THAT bad, but it was back in the 90s so I have no clue what it is like today. it was on the way.
  • Rage_By_Nightfall reply Google isn't EVERYTHING. Like everyone is saying. Jeez.
  • [ – ] jed1984 reply there is no real difference between a left leaning person or a bot
    • wizardfish parent reply bots are often more tolerable i say that as a left leaning person
    • yourvagismysafespace parent reply Not true in the least. I haven't had the opportunity to laugh at a video of a bot having a hysterically funny nervous breakdown. I haven't seen any footage of a bot protesting & getting maced, beaten, & arrested. Bots are boring, give me leftist/socialist/antifa any day, their own videos are always chuckle worthy, those who make videos about them always have plenty of targets to shred apart, & when they have protests/demonstrations/riots they never cease to amuse.
  • themillennialrevolt reply People could also start speaking in coded languages to get their messages out 😕
  • Mountainghost556 reply I look forward to them. I guess I just do things out of order lol. If I leave a comment or up vote any user I always check out their channel just to see who they are. Just a thing I do. Sounds like you got a solid plan.
  • [ – ] AndyAce83 reply Why arent MisterMetokur on or even mention Mind.com in this video?
    • [ – ] Cody_Cigar parent reply Minds.com is a spammers paradise, check out Jim's video on it
      • [ – ] AndyAce83 parent reply Which video. I thought I had seen most of his videos. Cant remeber he said that. Also... I am a user of Minds and I dont see much spam there. Now... Twitter on the other hand! "I got a new follower. YAY! Oh, its a spam bot."
  • mw3modderman reply Alternative platforms are the only solution.
  • reverendsimonsideways reply Google are against freedom of speech if you are not a leftie ie common sense is evil to them. Facts are less important that feels
  • RhetoricalEntertainment reply All of this nonsense going on needs to be met with strategies to bring up more free speech friendly platforms. That's why a lot of us smaller creators are moving over here. I'm glad you're on this platform @MisterMetokur.
  • [ – ] Whoulekeolie reply Anyone else here getting playback issues around the 19 minute mark? Video keeps crashing for me around then :/
  • GusJohnson reply i wish i could speak a different language
  • OleCrankyGamer reply I hate to say I saw this in November, but I did. I thought the Administration and Congress would be smart enough to see it, but they aren't...yet As soon as the childish Left got something taken away, it was their DUTY in their warped minds to seek revenge. It's like a 1980's movie
  • zanardbell reply A reminder to Jim that the TGWTG about Angry Joe is still not updated here.
  • PimpMasterBroda reply A massive push is needed to have Facebook, Twitter and Google investigated for anti-trust/monopoly laws. Google especially.
  • ChrisDangerfield reply Great stuff - been recommending you to my 6800 subs, you need the help, yeah.
  • Siaynoq reply I'm feeling pretty comfortable here on Vidme. I can see all the same videos of dudes like Jim that are normally on Youtube, but I'm worrying less here that his channel will suddenly disappear for violating some TOS somewhere.
  • freerangehobo reply Google does not have the right to be a monopoly. The telephone company, up until sometime in the 1970s, was ordered to break up Their monopoly, since monopolies are illegal. The results were immediately clear: competition in the communications industry blossomed, and now we have abundant choices over whom we choose to get our phones. We need to demand that the Google monopoly be broken up so everyone can hear the news that they want to hear without interference from their carrier.
  • notatheist reply Can't we use an alternate site to bring back voting and discussion threads? My thought, let YouTube host and stream the video in the "limited state" but use a site similar to Reddit to vote and discuss? Of course we can also use vid.me but there is something satisfying about using YouTube storage space and bandwidth.
  • WickedWonka reply Also firefox has gone to shit.
  • TrainStation reply This video was the final nail in the coffin. Fuck YouTube and Google. We're a bit isolated on this platform, so spread the word. Be ready for the smear articles from the mainstream media soon.
  • freerangehobo reply My comments have frequently disappeared immediately after posting them.
  • GSP-4ME reply Learning this makes me furious - millions of people died and scarified for our freedoms, including the freedom of speech - (and yes, that includes offensive speech, you retards (see what I did there?, anyone need therapy?)), and now we have 'wrong think'? Hell no. The more they do this, the more I entrench my opinions. Islam IS violent - its written into their Quran, Mohammad (who's life experience, they hold up as an example of the perfect Muslim) had a sex slave, murdered people and raided caravans (that's how ISIS justifies their actions); Hard Leftist SJW retards ARE,..well, retards; taxpayer funded healthcare IS a right, the deep state IS corruption. If you disagree, you are FREE to voice your own opinions. Google, and Facebook and whoever else. can shove their 'wrong think' policies, where the sun don't shine. Excellent analysis,..gladly tipped,..keep it up.
  • Xperience reply I cannot speak Chinese
  • [ – ] Kizzume reply When it comes to the internal workings of a company, I don't see people complaining about all the right-wing businesses that even force their employees to give out their facebook passwords and they'll be instantly fired if they put a liberal-leaning bumper sticker on their car. Having said that, I tend to agree with you on the rest.
Download the Vidme app!
