The Greek says "what" is, " that which" 3588 ho, hé, to: the. 2 Thessalonians 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only [[[ he]]] who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. The Greek says "he", is, "the [one]" 3588 ho, hé, to: the. But there is so many ways these words could be used just to many so Im not sure what is meant by the words, "what" and "he". But in Daniel 12:And at that time shall Michael [[[stand up]]], the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. THE WORD STAND UP DOES NOT MEAN GET OUT THE WAY/MOVE. The Hebrew says it this way; amad: to take one's stand, stand take one's stand and do a th...moreing take a stand against (עַל), in opposition to, present oneself before remain, with continue, abide the way its being used here basically means Michael will arise. If you read the chapter before Daniel 11 the word "stand up" is used multiple times and every single time it means "ARISE". Daniel 11: 2And now will I shew thee the truth. Behold, there shall [[[stand up]]] yet three kings in Persia; and the fourth shall be far richer than they all: and by his strength through his riches he shall stir up all against the realm of Grecia. 4And when he shall [[[stand up]]], his kingdom shall be broken, and shall be divided toward the four winds of heaven; and not to his posterity, nor according to his dominion which he ruled: for his kingdom shall be plucked up, even for others beside those. 7But out of a branch of her roots shall one [[[stand up]]] in his estate, which shall come with an army, and shall enter into the fortress of the king of the north, and shall deal against them, and shall prevail: 14And in those times there shall many [[[stand up]]] against the king of the south: also the robbers of thy people shall exalt themselves to establish the vision; but they shall fall. 20Then shall [[[stand up]]] in his estate a raiser of taxes in the glory of the kingdom: but within few days he shall be destroyed, neither in anger, nor in battle. 21And in his estate shall [[[stand up]]] a vile person, to whom they shall not give the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries.
  • manny3277 reply But if I can share something with you. The word wrath here means; Definition: an outburst of passion, wrath. 2372 thymós (from thyō, "rush along, getting heated up, breathing violently," cf. J. Thayer) – properly, passion-driven behavior, i.e. actions emerging out of strong impulses (intense emotion). When 2372 /thymós ("expressed passion") is used of people it indicates rage (personal venting of anger, worth). This flaw is completely absent of the Lord expressing (inspiring) intense anger. Accordingly, 2372 (thymós) is used of God's perfect, holy wrath in Revelation (Rev 14:10,19,15:1, etc.). This anger is directed against sin with intense opposition and without sin. [Only the Lord exercises righteous wrath, so we must depend solely on Him as we experience (express) anger.] on the other hand, denotes indignation which has arisen gradually and become more settled; And I will say this that this outburst of the Lord has happened many times throughout his word with plagues just li...moreke the seven last plagues which are filled up with the "wrath" <<<anger, of God. In the book of Leviticus 26 the Lord was telling the Israelites if you do these things mentioned in these passages then my wrath will be upon you with these plagues. 14 But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments; 15And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant: 16I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it. 17And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you. 18And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins. 19And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass: 20And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits.21 And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins. 22I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your high ways shall be desolate. 23And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me; 24Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins. 25And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when ye are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy. 26And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied. 27And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me; 28Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins. 29And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat. 30And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you. 31And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours. 32And I will bring the land into desolation: The reason why I comment about the seven last plagues is because in Revelation 16: Which is the sixth bowl of wrath being poured out; 12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. 13And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. 15Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. 16And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon. If you will notice verse 15 it says Behold, I come as a thief. The Lord puts this passage in between 14 and 16. That when I read it, it seems like the Lord is telling us that when we start to see theses things happening, what? Verse 14 that we need to watch because Jesus is about to gather together his elect from the four winds from the ends of the earth to the ends of the heavens. Take a look at it.
  • manny3277 reply But I see what you are saying about the elect being in heaven, "raptured", before the seven last plagues are poured out on the wicked
  • manny3277 reply You said that the sea of glass represent the people? No it does not? You are comparing this passage with Revelation 17:1 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many [[[waters]]]: and 15 And he saith unto me, The [[[waters]]] which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues. The words "waters", and "sea", are not the same thing. It says in Revelation 15:2 And I saw [[[as it were]]] a sea of glass mingled with fire: Just like in Revelation 4:6 And before the throne there was a [[[sea of glass like unto crystal:]]]. <<<These two passages are the same thing. This vision is seen before the throne of God. It goes on to describe what it looks like before the throne of God; and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind. And before this in...more verse 5 and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God. Everything is being explained what everything is except the sea of glass because the sea of glass is the floor in heaven before the throne which John doesn't really know how to explain how it looks.
  • [ – ] Denise1221 reply Can we get re-baptized to start over & do better? Will that wipe the slate clean?
  • [ – ] shmilse reply My name is Matt and I live in Victoria, Australia. I am struggling with masturbation I have prayed to Jesus asking for a period of time without this sin so I can get my mind straight and to stand firm when I get tempted again. Please pray for me..I have never been prayed for for the overcoming of this sin. My body desires lusts but my heart desires purity, cleanliness and perfectness. I don't want to be stuck trying to overcome this sin for any longer, I want to be a good righteous wise christian so that I can teach others and one day go to my city and be bold and stand up for my faith and show others the truth. Please pray for me.
