  • [ – ] Flying_Purple_Pizzas reply Did the game ever drop a health package so you could heal a bit?
    • MysticSword parent reply I think it did occasionally drop a health-pack, but it was quite skimpy on that. This was a tuff and unforgiving game. :P
  • [ – ] mr1van reply I'm presuming you use a emulator for this type of thing. If you do, would be so kind as to share the name? Although I might look into getting some kind of commodore 64 emulator console if they sell it.
    • MysticSword parent reply By the way, if you do decide to get either those Amiga Forever or C64 Forever software, I'd recommend to get the "Plus" editions that has more features and you also get a bunch of games and demos that come with it ready to use.
    • [ – ] MysticSword parent reply Yes, now I use emulator software to play these old games on my PC. I got the Amiga Forever: http://www.amigaforever.com/ and C64 Forever http://www.c64forever.com/ software (which also comes with a good Vic-20 emulator as well). They come already with a bunch of games, demos and in an easy to use interface. You can also find free emulators as well with a bit of searching (though I find the ones I mentioned above I'd say tend to work better / is more compatible and more User-friendly). Having owned the Vic-20, C64 and Amiga computers, over several years from my teen-years and into my 20's (I was a "Commodore" fan I guess you could say), these systems, and the wide range of games for them, hold a special place in my heart. So I didn't mind paying for the professional emulation software and I'd say the ones I mentioned are probably about the best emulation software for those systems. If you want me to list some sites of where you can find some of games to use with those emulators, l...moreet me know. Cheers! :)
      • mr1van parent reply Those are pretty reasonably priced I think! Thanks for the info sir! If you ever do a list, you should make a video of it! :)
  • Ms_K reply dope gameplay
  • [ – ] SamEarl13 reply Another quite interesting game, I've played a lot of games like that and I'm terrible at all of them lol.
    • MysticSword parent reply Yes, as I mentioned in my commentary, this game was too difficult (well, it was for me), especially if playing with joystick, as it was a bit slow and difficult to move your cross-hair scope fast enough to aim at a target, having the multiple enemies whittling down your health, and then hoping you didn't run out of ammo before being able to get more. I found the only real way to try to play was with a trainer-version (so you enabled some cheats), and even then it was still difficult. :P But yeah, it was an impressive looking game on the C64 and if playing with a mouse to aim and shoot it made the game a lot easier to play.
