My brief thoughts on gender. Essentially, what we talk about using the word "gender" seems to be what you could call "sex-correlated behaviors" for males and females. As with any average, no one will fit the model perfectly, and I can see how some people would be reasonably described as non-binary or "inter-gender", but I also see a lot of superficial and downright unrelated claims about gender.
It's kind of like the current obsession with gluten-free foods: some people do have genuine gluten sensitivity (Celiac disease), but a lot of people just want in on the fad and claim to be "gluten sensitive" when there is very little evidence that this is a real condition.
Also, I've moved recently, which is why the scene is different and the lighting is not perfect.
